All 182 attendees of the e-Quantum, Inc. International Client Conference held at the Wyndham Emerald Plaza in San Diego, CA May 10th - 12th enjoyed a full agenda that included 24 dual-track educational sessions, networking opportunities, expert forums and "a really good time."
Highlights included:
- The introduction of Q-Power, Inc., a new Buying & Affinity Group for e-Quantum users, with presentations by Q-Power Select Vendors Printegra, FormStore, Data Management Center, Printra, United Stationers and Cardinal Brands.
- A "Paperless Office" presentation on electronic document management including a demo of e-Quantum's new ability to retrieve and display all order and invoice documents, emails, and art files electronically, using our interface to document management software.
- Expert presentations on "The Secret to Profitable Office Product Sales.
- An e-Quantum user forum on "How To Successfully Implement and Market e-Commerce."
- Comprehensive sessions on 1-2-1 marketing, including "Web To Print: From A To Z."
- A corporate security session entitled "Protecting Your Company: Critical Backup & Disaster Recovery"
- The introduction of e-Quantum's new "e-Incentives Program" for offering e-commerce gift certificates, coupons and e-rewards programs to your clients.

Social activities included a Wednesday evening hosted Welcome Reception, a Thursday evening dinner cruise on San Diego Bay, and a Friday oceanfront dinner at the Edgewater Grill. All breakfasts and lunches were also hosted by e-Quantum.

e-Quantum is pleased to announce that David Geddes has been appointed the e-Quantum, Inc. sales representative for Australia and New Zealand. David, formerly the founder of JDP Printing Consultants Pty Ltd Trading as JDP Print Management, has been a client of e-Quantum, Inc. since 2000. He has over 45 years of experience in the printing industry, including President in 1993, Australasia Business Forms Distributors Association of Australia & New Zealand. We are excited to have David representing e-Quantum in the Southern hemisphere.

Susan Godfrey, Marketing Director at e-Quantum, Inc. couldn't be happier about achieving a record-breaking month of sales. e-Quantum, Inc. welcomed 11 fine distributorships into the e-Quantum family during the month of April, the most monthly additions ever in the company's history. The month also broke the record for sales revenue for a one-month period. "Many of our April sales were a result of the overwhelming interest we received while attending the Small CEO Summit in St. Louis. The decision-making factor for many distributors appeared to be client testimonials, conversion opportunities and our strength in e-commerce," said Susan.

Jeff Springman, System Administrator
Jeff Springman is our new e-Quantum System Administrator. Jeff has over 5 years of experience in Web programming and design in multiple platforms. He possesses a B.A. from the University of Oregon and a technology certificate from the Information Technology Institute in Oregon.

Helen Rother, Software Support
We are pleased to welcome Helen Rother to our e-Quantum software support staff. Helen has over 7 years of experience utilizing her technology skills to support business functionality. She earned a Bachelor of Science from the College of Notre Dame in Belmont, California. Her primary responsibilities will be software support of e-Quantum's e-commerce products.
