San Diego Gets The Popular Vote!

Thank you to the many distributors who responded to our Location Survey for the 2006 Spring Client Conference. San Diego was the overwhelming favorite for our West Coast location. We are currently working with the San Diego Visitors' Authority and hope to announce a conference date in our next Q-Report. e-Commerce Orders Soaring!
|
As of October 31, 2005, the 293 distributors using our e-Quantum Net e-commerce system had authorized 12,480 clients to order online. Compared with the same period in 2004, e-commerce orders increased over 61% year-to date. Year-end projections predict 250,000 e-purchase orders containing 750,000 line items in 2005. Certain product lines increased at an even more rapid pace. Variable print/imprint orders increased 88% and office product orders increased 129%. In 2006, we predict that over 1,250,000 lines items will be ordered from distributors via e-Quantum Net e-commerce.

Q-Scan - Barcoding Your Warehouse

Q-Scan is e-Quantum’s interface to IBF Group’s Warehouse Management Software. The Warehouse Release module allows Quantum distributors the ability to verify all products at the time of pick and pack with a Pocket PC. The Inventory Module provides the ability to take inventory cycle counts as well as generating a report that only shows discrepancies in the distributor’s inventory. The Receiving Module provides the ability to receive inventory directly into Quantum. This allows QScan to automatically generate barcode labels for the received inventory.
