Our Spam Eating Barracuda
|

For the protection of our clients, Barracuda Spam Firewall, an integrated hardware and software solution for complete protection of email servers, will be installed on Quantum Net in December. Your Quantum Net hosted email will provide a powerful solution to eliminate spam and viruses from your company. The Barracuda will eliminate approximately 90% of your daily spam based on a scoring system. Email that is questionable will be quarantined on the Barracuda Spam Firewall for the users viewing while any message that is found to contain a virus will immediately be deleted. So, viruses never have the opportunity to download to your computer much less infect it. While Barracuda will serve as a first line of defense against viruses, Quantum recommends you still keep your current anti-virus software in place and up to date.

New Quantum Net Features
|
| Several new features have been added to the Quantum Net Setup Options screen recently. Now, there is the option to edit the Ship To “Attention” and “Phone” fields when entering PO’s and releases. Also, the telephone number fields have been expanded to accommodate international calls with up to five digit extension numbers. You may also display custom messages to clients in several locations, including the Welcome, Check-Out and Custom Imprinting Catalog pages. Knowledge of HTML is required to enter custom messages.
