The Texas Hill Country Wine Tour Trails have earned the distinction of being the most visited and award winning wineries in the nation — second only to those located in Napa Valley and Sonoma. The Texas Hill Country is home to rolling grasslands, springs, and canyons. During this 3 hour tour you will be surrounded by beautiful scenery and learn the basics of vineyard management, wine making, and wine tasting.
A portion of this tour is held outdoors; please dress accordingly.

Boudro's Texas Bistro on the Riverwalk marries the traditions and history of South Texas with the finesse of the world's finest restaurants. Using traditional grilling & smoking methods over local oak and pecan wood, Boudro's excels in offering only the very best aged prime meats, freshest seafood and high quality seasonal produce, indigenous to the area and provided to us daily. Located in the historic Charles Court area of downtown San Antonio; a staircase from the street-level dining room leads to the Wine Cellar. This unique space features floor-to-ceiling wine racks stocked with an array of French, Californian, Australian, German and Italian wines and champagnes. The candlelight ambiance of the wine cellar is accented by brick walls, wine crates and barrels.
This one-of-a-kind venue is the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience.

Dinner at Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse

Experience the essence of Southern Brazil and discover the unique and original Brazilian way of serving meat. Your steak won't be served to you lying flat on a plate, it will be served quite hot, very adeptly seasoned, by a swift-moving gaucho (trained Brazilian chef), carrying it vertically on a large skewer. They'll slice it and you'll grab each slice with a pair of nifty little tongs provided at your place setting. Food doesn't stop arriving until you've had enough. Just remember to leave room for a bountiful salad bar with over 30 different items (including exotic cheeses), a selection of desserts, and one of our premium drinks.
