Focus on the Future

A major reason for e-Quantum's enduring success has been our willingness to continually re-invest in exciting, new software. The e-Quantum MS Windows System we market to over 500 distributors worldwide today is actually the third generation of the original "Quantum System" first developed in 1983.

Now, e-Quantum is continuing this innovative tradition with a new, principals-only, complimentary "Focus on the Future" forum Thursday, October 23rd, at the Baltimore Print Solutions EXPO and e-Quantum National Client Conference. We're trying to anticipate the needs of the print services and distribution industry - and provide your distributorship the technology to remain a leader in the world of 2010 and beyond.

e-Quantum Ventures Across the Pond

e-Quantum trainer Dana Burnett spent one month in Australia training 5 different e-Quantum clients. She travelled from Perth on the west coast of Australia all the way to Melbourne on the southern end of Australia. It didn't take her long to learn the difference between a "tall-dark" and a "short-white". A "tall dark" is American-style black coffee; and a "short-white" is an Australian-style latte.

Lots of time was spent on order entry and inventory management. She focused on standard practices and custom solutions for the different way of doing things. The first hurdle was to get their terminology on track. For example, our "vendors" are their "suppliers"; and our "clients" are their "debtors". After that it was smooth-sailing.

Finally, a great big "Thank You" to our e-Quantum sales associate, David Geddes and all of our Australian clients for being great hosts!
