The Batch PDF module was created to create an easy to use method of sending e-Quantum documents via email. The module supports "batch emailing" which allows multiple documents all at once. For example, 50 or more invoices can be emailed out all in one step, each to the proper recipient. This tool is very effective for transitioning clients to emailed invoices and statements, presenting a great opportunity for cost savings on distributing these documents by traditional methods.
"Since e-Quantum, Inc. began using the Batch PDF module to send statements and invoices electronically to it's 500 clients, we've averaged a savings of $255.00 per month." says Stephanie Gassoway in the e-Quantum Accounting Dept.
And... since the Batch PDF module is being offered for $250, it will easily pay for itself in the first few months. This tool is also a great time-saver facilitating such functions as cc: sender or request receipt and can be used on any document or report in e-Quantum that can be printed.
