DMC Direct Print from Australia Visits US

DMC Group's Simone Sharpe and her family stopped by the e-Quantum offices during their recent stateside vacation. Simone is involved with Finance, HR, and IT at DMC, where she has worked for 15 years. DMC has been in business for 16 years and does a great deal of work for the AFL (Australian Football League) and the Crown Casino/Entertainment Complex. They have 16-18 employees and have expanded operations with a branch office in Asia.

This is Simone's fourth time to the US, and she is accompanied by her husband, Paul, and two children Bek (7) and Zac (9). Simone and her husband were in the States ten years ago when they were first married and they vowed to come back with their children someday. Now they are celebrating their 11th wedding anniversary, complete with an Elvis ceremony in Las Vegas. The family dropped by the e-Quantum offices to say hi and see where all the magic happens. Also on their list of destinations: San Francisco, Yosemite, New York, Orlando, and Santa Monica. They will be in the country for six weeks.

e-Quantum wishes their family enjoyable and safe travels!

What's New in Version 10.1?

We have added the ability to set up recurring releases. This is found in OE Maintenance, Recurring Document Set Up, Recurring Release Set Up. You will need to create a release to base the recurring releases on. You select the Months that you need to have the releases generated for. You can add Body notes for the release.

The Misc Tab allows you to define if you will Clear the Ship Date and Client PO, pull the Client Address and Ship To Address either from the document used to create the recurring release or from AR Client Maintenance.

You can Group recurring invoices together to allow generation on difference dates. You can also assign a credit card to be used for the recurring document.

Once you have the recurring releases set up, you can generate them either manually by going to OE, Period End Processing, Generate Recurring Documents, Generate Recurring Releases. Or, using the Auto Scheduler module, you have the ability to schedule this process. You can generate all recurring releases or schedule specific groups to generate at different times. Inventory will be allocated at the time the recurring release is generated.
