The Windows environment makes the application easy to learn and use, and the programming is very logical so that "searching" for a feature, like a certain report, makes sense to the average user.
Quantum Customer support and Tech Support is always prompt and helpful. The programming dept. has also been very helpful and responds well to customized needs as they arise. We also appreciate the continuous upgrades and enhancements that make the software better and better as time goes on. | "We would describe Quantum 2000 as user friendly, economical, PC based software. We have been using quantum 2000 since January 2000 and have found it very easy to operate with very few issues. The FMDS support personnel have been super! They've been friendly and eager to resolve any issues that arise with a quick response time. (I have never had an issue that has caused me any down time. With our previous, expensive, very elaborate software, there were issues that would cause us to lose a day or two on the computer support response time was very slow. Working with FMDS has been pleasant change from that!)
I received a note from a vendor we haven't done business with in a while. We sent him an order and he sent back a note: 'I was just checking your order... I must say your PO and specs are excellent. It was easy to read and well laid out!' How's that for a testimonial! That is what we want from our software, PO's that are clear & easy to read.
We are very excited about setting our clients up to order on-line with the Quantum Net we just purchases. We have already received our first on-line orders. The way Quantum Net is integrated with Quantum 2000 is great. It doesn't get any easier than that!
